How Drawing and Talking Therapy Works

Drawing and Talking Therapy helps children express what words can’t. It’s gentle, safe, and builds confidence.Through drawing, children can unlock and release emotions they might not even know how to explain. This gentle approach builds self-esteem, encourages emotional expression, and provides a calm, nurturing way to process big feelings and challenging behaviours. It’s a kinder alternative to traditional talk therapy, helping your child regain confidence and find emotional balance.

Private, caring, 1:1 sessions

Every child’s journey is unique. Our sessions are private, one-on-one, in a nurturing, confidential space. Each 30-minute session fits within a 12-week program, letting your child find stability at their own pace.We also offer sand play therapy for children who are more sensory. Our goal is to meet your child where they are and help them move forward, gently.
